He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward DuRussel and Mary DuRussel (Weipert); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Hacker, Edward, Arthur, Loren DuRussel and Sylvia Tait.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise (Kim Procunier) of Sanford and Lisa (Gale Jackson) of Caro; his grandchildren, Colleen Russell (Matt) of Akron, Karmen Loney (DuWayne) of Port Charlotte, Janelle Procunier of Swartz Creek, Lynette Jackson (Kyle Reid) of Caro and Garrett Procunier of Waterford; his great grandchildren, Myra, Fern, Margot, Kelvin and Gloria; his sisters, Iris Kappen (Jack) of Cass City and Isabel Grovom of Grand Blanc; and his caregivers, Christina and Lori (John).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (910 W Frank St, Caro, MI 48723). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
