He is survived by: his mother Carol Dykhouse (Huffman); his wife Amy Dykhouse (Swiler); his sons, Garrett Dykhouse and Grant Dykhouse; his siblings, Kevin Dykhouse (Natalie Hopkins) and Catherine Dykhouse; his in-laws, Dan and Cindie Swiler; his brother-in-law Adam Swiler (Laura); and his nieces and nephews, Calli Dykhouse, Jaida Dykhouse, Gracyn Swiler and Easton Swiler.
