He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Barnes and Connie Barnes. He is survived by : his wife Wendy Gilland (Wittebort); his children, Adam Gilland (Tarra) and Antashia Briggs (Mike); his grandsons, Liam, Gavin and Charles; his stepchildren, Anita Schroeder (Luke), Tianna Bennetts (Bob) and CJ Genson (Dianna); and his close friend Joe Kelly (Linda).
