He is survived by: his son Timothy Kubik (Nicol); his pet Sarge; his grandchildren, Connor Kubik (Emily), Kassidy, Taylor Kubik, Landyn Marthaler (Lacey), Kameron, Aydria, Zeelan, Brecken and Kash Kubik; his great grandchild Beau Kubik; his siblings, Fred Kubik, Daniel Kubik (Adele), Cliff Kubik (Debbie), Christine Gallien (Jim), Joyce Wilson (Jim) and Dawn Koehn; his sister-in-law Judy Kubik; and his mother-in-law Doris Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help care for his beloved four-legged friend, Sarge for future care.
