He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Kulish and Laura Kulish (Grimski); his sons, Donald R. Kulish and Edward B. Kulish; his grandchildren, Danny Grifka and Emmy Kulish; his siblings, Phyllis Vargo and Robert Kulish; his father-in-law Ben Rubel (Blanch); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Vargo, Walter Spear and Henry Osentoski.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley M. Rubel; his daughters, Sherry Grifka (Larry) of Snover, Arlene Kipper (Terry Wood) of Laingsburg and Cindy Kulish (David Hannert) of Shelby Township; his grandchildren, Douglas Grifka (Chastity), Nicole Michalski (Douglas), Timothy Grifka (Jennifer), Aaron Kipper (Chris), Courtney Lynch (Darren), Zachery Kulish (Rachel), Paige Kulish Camero (Abram), Alicia Combs (Matthew) and Charles Mienko (Elizabeth Say); his great grandchildren, Brendan and Tayler Grifka; his grandchildren, Madison, Abigail, Lillian Michalski, Katelyn, Colin, Brayden Grifka, Trevor, Kieran, Anistyn, Elaine Kipper, Aria Lynch, Oliver, Hudson Kulish, Xavier Camero, Emily and Lincoln Combs; his sisters, Elaine Spear and Diane Hawley (Ernie); and his daughter-in-law Carol Kulish. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
