She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Erp and Helen Van Erp; her husband Albert Kubacki; her daughter Dawn Booms; her siblings, Joe, Albert, Bill, Bob, Marcella Campbell, Dorothy Schmidt and Agnes Zawilinski; and her in-laws, W. J. Campbell, Walter Zawilinski, Bob Schmidt, Earl Schadd, Carol Van Erp, Ruth Ann Van Erp, Ervin, Virginia Maurer, Harry, Marcella Prazuch, Henry Kubacki, Ray, Anna Kubacki, Bernard, Delphine Kubacki, Anthony, Luella Piskorski, James, Agnes Lewis and Sylvia Kubacki.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Kubacki of Ubly, Gary Kubacki (Mandy) of Ubly, Cindy Kissell (Jay), Tim Kubacki (Debbie) of Sebewaing, Craig Kubacki (Alicia) of Bay City and Randy Kubacki (Carolyn); her son-in-law Andy Booms; her grandchildren, Adam, Jason, Chloe, Claire Kubacki, Colleen Loomis, Elizabeth Schantz and Hannah Booms; her sisters, Florence Briolat (Norman) and Evelyn Schadd; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Van Erp and Sue Van Erp. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arbor Day Foundation or the Ubly Library/Senior Center.
