She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Pelmear; her parents, Milton Hoyt and Leal Hoyt; her siblings, Eva Rice, James Hoyt and William Hoyt; her daughter-in-law Marla Mobley; and her great great grandchild Jeremiah Grant.
She is survived by: her sons, Rod Mobley, Harold Mobley and Paul Mobley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren; extended family members; and many dear friends.
