She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Pruetz and Sadie Pruetz (Mast); her husband Herman Steinke; her son-in-law Fred Ellingson; and her brothers, Lowell Pruetz and Monroe Pruetz.
She is survived by: her children, H. Dean Steinke (Linda), Karen Ellingson, Kevin Steinke (Stacie) and Kristi Marrapode (Tom); her grandchildren, Ryan Ellingson (Emily), Kyle Ellingson (Andrea), Sarah Steinke, Leah Miller (Pat), Adam Marrapode (Denise), Nick Marrapode (Sierra), Ashley Flores (Luis), Matt Marrapode (Virginia) and Jake Marrapode (Kat); her great grandchildren, Owen, Cora, Nathan, Thomas Marrapode, Elia Jo, Emery Flores and Charlotte JoAnn Ellingson; and her siblings, Edward Pruetz (Joyce), Nancy Pruetz and Peggy Farnsworth (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
