He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Burgess and Eva Burgess (Powell); his wife Susan Burgess; his children, Kimberly Biskner (Jason), Jerry Burgess (Jesika) and Karla Schumacher (Justin); his grandchildren, Emily, Evan, Alexis, Jordan, Caston and Asher; and his sister Vicki Phillips (Dave Sommer). He was also cherished by his son and nephew's team, Roy's Boy's, his fathers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Homes (280 S Washington St, Constantine, MI 49042).
