She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Gangler and Amelia Gangler (York); her siblings, Caroline Dickson (Don), Donald "Buff" Gangler and Ronald "Pat" Gangler; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Colling.
She is survived by: her husband Leon "Le" Stecker; her sons, Kevin Stecker (Kristy) and Patrick Stecker (Kari); her grandchildren, Laura Koenig, Megan Stecker, Jeffrey Stecker, Emma Stecker (Matthew VanSumeren), Mia Stecker and Avery Stecker; her siblings, Kenneth Gangler (Delores) and June Colling; and her sisters-in-law, Carole Gangler and Paula Pelts (Edward). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (513 Washington St, Sebewaing, MI 48759).
Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, the Tuscola County Medical Care Community, or the Alzheimer's Association.
