He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Deering and Mattie Deering (Bingham); and his sisters, Connie Deering and Valerie Downing. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kuhl of Peter's Lutheran Church; his children, Sue Albrecht (Jim), Kathy Hofmeister (Jim) and Dan Deering (Teri); his grandchildren, Melissa (Rich), Branden (Jessica), Travis (Cass), Brandon (Jen), Casey (Lisa), Andrew and Zachary; and his brother Roger Deering. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
