It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith E. Ewald of Unionville, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Schuch and Elizabeth Schuch (Frank); her in-laws, Loren and Grace Ewald; and her brothers, Adam, Peter, Joseph, John and Frank.

She is survived by : her husband James Wilbur Ewald; her children, Joanne Hills (David) of Fairgrove, Cindy Coppolino (Bernard) of Saginaw, Christine Moore (Kenneth) of Saginaw, Mark Ewald (Linnaea) of Unionville, Lynn Ewald (Lynda) of Unionville, Jamie Ewald (LizaBeth) of Midland, Jody Smith (Dale) of Sanford and Kyle Ewald (Tracy) of Hemlock; and her grandchildren, Nicole (Wayne), Tracey (Jason), Tara (Brian), Laura (Ed), Joseph, Michael, Kenneth, Jr. (Isabel), Kevin (Alyssa), Samantha (Mike), Stacie, Nathan (Amanda), Chelsey (Seth), Ashley, Haley, Hayden (Lauren), Dustin (Missy), Courtney (Robert), Cody (Natalie) and Kennedy. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
