We are sad to announce that, on November 29, 2020, at the age of 63, Michael Kasztelan (Utica, Michigan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Kasztelan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his son Joseph; his parents, Chester and Mary; and his sister Roberta Buelow. He is survived by: his spouse Mira; his children, Shaina, Amanda, Marisa and Jacob (Qingzhuo); and his pet Trudy.

Do to COVID 19 restrictions we will be limiting visitation to 25 people at a time and ask that all visitors wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Belle Isle Conservancy.

“I was a lifelong patient of Dr. Kasztelan's. He was a kind and compassionate man. Since his retirement, I have sorely missed him. It was today that I found out from Cornerstone that he passed away. I am extremely sorry to hear this and my thoughts and prayers are extended to his wife and children. He was an incredible doctor to have for the first 26 years of my life. I can only imagine what he meant to his family. My deepest condolences. Sincerely, Kaitlynn Murphy”
