It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Penz (Utica, Michigan), who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Waters and Leona Waters; and her grandson Parker Bradley. She is survived by: her husband Gary K. Penz; her children, Gary W. Penz (Megan Atkinson), Sheryl Bradley (Joseph) and Stacey Penz (Eric); her grandchildren, John, Carter, Jack, Kira and Nolan; and her brother John Waters (Gisele).
