He was predeceased by: his wife Michaline West; his parents, Harold West and Frances West; his brother Bob West; and his brother-in-law Harry Carey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Kondrad (Marc) and Amy Middleton (Greg); his grandchildren, Zachary Kondrad, Maddy Middleton, Ryan Kondrad and Brady Middleton; his siblings, Danny West (Julie) and Debbie Carey; and his sister-in-law Marsha West. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
