He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley and Mary Belle Kassuba (O'Rourke); his wife Vivian Elsie Kassuba (Letson) of Vanderbilt; and his sister Donna Duncan. He is survived by: his son Vernon John Kassuba (Jillina); his granddaughters, Amber Launstein (Matthew), Anna Green (Matthew), Abigail Kassuba and Amy Carlisle (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Claryana Womack, Cambri, Porter, Roelyn Launstein, Finnley, Emberlee, McKinley Green and Rose Carlisle; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Kassuba (Lois) and Doreen Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
