He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Goodman and Velma Goodman (Bussa); his wife Louise Arnold; and his siblings, Emily Dillon, Stanley and Larry Goodman.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Wischmeyer (Doug), Joan Dove (Dennis McCann), Allen Jr. Goodman (Cheryl) and David Goodman (Pam Gillespie); his grandchildren, Doug Jr. Wischmeyer (Joanne Garcia), Ryan Wischmeyer (Ashley), Anna Dowe (David Dotson), Conrad Dowe (Jessica), Stacy Phelps (Max), Cody Goodman and Jessica Fultz (Paul); his brother Roger Goodman; and his sister-in-law Miriam Arnold. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the Vassar First United Methodist Church.
