He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Dantzer (Beach) and Carl D. Dantzer; his in-laws, Betty and George Nystrom; his son Carl Anthony Dantzer Jr.; his grandson Brady Dantzer; and his brother Gary Dantzer.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Dantzer (Nystrom); his children, Jenny Hutchison (Neil), Matthew Dantzer (Rana), Rebecca Fowler (Troy), Adam Dantzer (Amanda) and Scott Dantzer; his daughter-in-law Ashley Dantzer; his siblings, Wilma Storrs (Doug), Michael Dantzer (Bonnie), Robert Dantzer (Jan) and Charles Dantzer (Lynette); and his sister-in-law Claudette Dantzer. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
