She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Hawkins and Dorothy Hawkins; her brothers-in-law, Eugene Sampson and Calvin Shirkey; and her nephew Todd Shirkey.

She is survived by: her husband Frederick; her children, Anna Jensen (Scott) and Fred Colosky; her grandchildren, Nikolas (Kayla), Jacob (Chelsea), Kenny, Kevin, Kris, Elizabeth and Sage; her great grandchildren, Daxton, Lukas, Royal and Violet; and her sisters, Kathleen Sampson, Sharon Shirkey and Dorothy Stanley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
