She is survived by: her children, Nicole (Jeff Sharp), Jamie (Kevin Raymond) and Thomas Matako, II (Briana Ulrich); her grandchildren, John Hayward, Holly Thomas, Jesse Hayward, Susan and David Clement; her siblings, Brenda Price, Susan and Steven Trantham; and her niece Janine Zager. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
