He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Karst and Emma Karst (Mohr); and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Merri Lemcke (Doug) and Paul Karst; his grandchildren, Courtney Dunham (Christian), Kyle Lemcke (Andie), Cass Lemcke, Aidan Karst and Abby Karst; his great grandchildren, Thomas Dunham and Connor Lemcke; and his siblings, James Karst (Diane) and Sandra Williams (Ray). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
