He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Barreto, Carmen Kennedy and Gary Barreto; his siblings, Donna Peters (Lynn), Dan Diener (Denise), Linda Berlin, Charles Diener, Marsha Hardy (Jim), LaVern Diener (Debra), Dianne Timm and Debra Minkler (Don); and his partner's daughter Kellie. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pineview Mennonite Church (4415 Swaffer Rd, Vassar, MI 48768).
