He was predeceased by : his parents, Berton DeCoe and Agnes DeCoe (Seney); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie DeCoe and Mary Parrent. He is survived by : his wife Janet DeCoe (Luther); his children, Mary Beth (Raymond Rattey) and Thomas (Michelle DeCoe); his grandchildren, Mack, Genevieve, Marie Rattey and Rachel DeCoe; his great grandchild Luke Rattey; his siblings, William DeCoe (Jill), Iris Viele (Lynn) and Jennie Comstock (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Beth Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
