He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Atkinson and Dorothy Atkinson; his wife Theresa Atkinson; his son Kenneth Atkinson; and his brothers, Lloyd Atkinson and Wayne Atkinson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Hathaway (Chris), Tamala Savidant (Brent), Christina Carr (Timothy) and Steven Atkinson (Kristin); and his brother Elton Atkinson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and dear friends.
