He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gene Stevens and Vivian Lois Furgala; his stepfather Bud; and his nephew Jeremy Graves. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Cross (Matthew); his grandchildren, Makayla Cupp and Riley Cupp; his sister Barbara Graves (Randy); his niece Marcie Lawrence; and his nephews, Tony Crittenden and Trevor Graves. He is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews and six great-great-nieces and nephews.
