It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Conrad (Vernon, Michigan), born in Durand, Michigan, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Conrad and Delta Conrad (Scheller); his daughter Cindy Lee Conrad; his grandson Jason Higbee; and his great grandchild Laken Bennett.

He is survived by: his spouse Arbutus M. Krueger; his children, Sandra Conrad of Diamondale, MI, Richele Toomey (Timothy) of Charlotte, MI, Sheri Burgess (Jason) of Leslie, MI and Richard Conrad (Lynn) of Paulding, OH; his grandchildren, Chelsea of Sheradin, K. C., Jay, Logan and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Clayton and Quin.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to VFW of Durand, MI or American Legion Post #131.
