She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Weathers and Gladys Weathers; and her brother James Weathers. She is survived by: her husband Robert Bullard; her children, Brian Bullard (Jillene), Tracy Kohlbeck (Jim) and Kurt Bullard (Martha); and her brother Larry Weathers. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - Durand Chapel (501 N Saginaw St, Durand, MI 48429). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions in Shirley's name are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
