With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Louise Murray of Vernon, Michigan, born in Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bancroft and Bernice Bancroft (VanAmburg); and her former husband Paul A. DeLaVergne. She is survived by: her husband David L. Murray; and her children, Renee DeLaVergne, Catherine Broughton (Jeff), Paula Burden (Bill), Peter DeLaVergne (Marcia), Mary Dharamraj (Keith), Patricia Brow (Terry), David J. Murray (Leanne), Joseph Murray (Stacy) and Amy Reid (Patrick). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
