He is survived by: his wife Annie Pearl Wallace; his sons, Mark Lewis (Cheryl) and Rick Lewis (Sue) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Jason Lewis (Emily), Jayme Lewis (Sara), Matthew Lewis of Farmington Hills, Michelle Walsh (Kevin) of Farmington Hills and Anthony Lewis (Melanie) of Warren; his sister Loretta Kennedy; and his brother-in-law Virgil Wallace (Ethel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
