It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Keckler Doorlag of Vicksburg, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Clifford Keckler and Dollie Phillips-Keckler of Vicksburg, Michigan.; her siblings, Charles Keckler, Betty, Barbara Simonds, David, Donna Winn, Claudean Hagadone, Claude Keckler (Snooks), Dollie and Patricia Salisbury; her husband Herman James Doorlag Sr.; and her children, Barbara Kay Doorlag-Blett of Kalamazoo, Herman James Doorlag, Jr. (West), Bonnie Jean Doorlag-Rife (Michael) of Interlachen, Linda Ann Doorlag-Nadeau (Donald) of Trenton, Debra Lynn Doorlag-Shellabarger of Okeechobee and Rodney Lane Doorlag (Cynthia) of New Port Richey, Florida.. She was also cherished by one sister, 5 of her children and all of her grandchildren, except one, and all of her great-grandchildren.
