Connie Jean Jager age 61 of Vicksburg passed away peacefully in her sleep early Sunday afternoon, October 25, 2026. Connie was born in Vicksburg on April 13, 1965, the daughter of William and Sharon (Gunnit) Evans. On August 15, 2009, she married Jeffery Jager who survives her. Connie will be remembered as having a really big heart. She was very reliable and was always available to help whenever needed. Besides her husband, Connie is survived by her son, Brandon (Amanda) Evans; grandson, Andrew Dinges; brothers, Brad (Tracy) Evans and Billy Evans; sister, Kim (Jeff) Smith; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends, including her four-legged friend, Boo. She has been reunited with her parents.
