It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Allen Richards of Vicksburg, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Richards and Viola Richards (Geren); his siblings, Donnie Richards, Robert Richards, Jess Richards, Jack Richards, Louise Horner and Sandra Zimmie; and his son-in-law Steven Bolhuis.

He is survived by: his close friend Judith Hill; his children, Teresa Crawley of Portage, Dale Jr. Richards (Kimberly) of Vicksburg, Kim Bolhuis of Comstock, Jesse Richards (Chris) of Comstock and Anthony Richards of Vicksburg; his stepsons, Jeffrey Smith (Erin) of Vicksburg, Benjamin Smith of Portage and Andrew Smith of Portage; his grandchildren, Staci Hofer (David), Chase Richards, Sarah Richards (Robert), Derek Simmons (Christina), Bryon Blesing (Jesscia), Kylie Blesing, Brooke Richards (Eric), Shelby Lofts (Jake), Dale III Richards (Sabrina), Zachary Richards (Makaela), Jasen Bolhuis, Chelsea Bolhuis, Danielle Richards, Jesse II, Jordon Richards (Victoria), Ashley Bradshaw, Christopher Richards (Tina), Tyler Richards, Rylee Pratt (Killian), Makena Liby and Shaun Richards; and his siblings, Patricia Crum (Ray) of Comstock and David Richards (Yvonne) of Comstock. He is also survived by 41 great grandchildren: and two great great grandchildren.
