He is survived by: his parents, Robert Conklin and Linda Conklin (Simpson); his children, Casey Grant (Nick) and TJ; his siblings, Suzanne Conklin, Sherry Neiboer, Robin Bashaw (Paul), David Reed (Candy) and Jasen Potts (Mary); his uncle Melvin Simpson (Sukie); his cousin Vickie Smittendorf; and his close friend Todd Brower. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended families, and MANY dear friends.
