He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ruggiero and Grace Ruggiero (Stoner); and his sister Barbara Reis. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his children, Anthony Ruggiero, Alessandra Ruggiero Chatson and Nicholas Ruggiero; and his siblings, Dawn E. Loos, Mary E. Ruggiero-Miller, Thomas E. Ruggiero, Michael A. Ruggiero and Daniel B. Ruggiero. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
