He is survived by: his father Charles Ackerman; his brothers, Rodney Ackerman (Sandy), Brian Ackerman (Joyce) and David Ackerman (Tina Hinchen); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Cross (Connie Durrstein), Todd Cross (Cindy) and Kim Cross. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
