He is survived by: his former wife Frances Holster; his wife Fran Bushfield; his children, Sheri (Joe), Steve (Kim) and Alicia (Greg); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Nathan, Alex, Drew, Allie, Claire, Liam, Audrey and Reagan.
