He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eicholtz and Caroline Eicholtz; his siblings, Clyde "Dutch" Eicholtz, Arlene "Peg" Eicholtz, Doris Fitch, Lois Cripps, Richard "Dick" Eicholtz and Billie "Bill" Eicholtz; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Eicholtz, Don Fitch, Phyllis Eicholtz and Ann Greenwood.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Mike Eicholtz (Neung) of Kalamazoo, Karen Nemni (Philip) and Diane Fort (Adam) of Vicksburg; his grandchildren, Noah Nemni (Rebekah), Jenna Curtis (Matthew), Caleb Fort, Natalie Glass (William), Ryan Fort, Hannah Massie (Brandon) and Gun Krongthong; his great grandchildren, Weston Curtis and Graylynn Massie; his sister Darlene "Sue" Watson of Mendon; and his siblings-in-law, Kay, Bud Roodbergen of Scotts, Judy Scanlon of Portage, Sue, Tom Foster of Charlevoix, Tommy, Mai Scanlon of Thailand, Peggy, Albin Greenwood of Grand Rapids, Patti and Dan McGinnis of Kalamazoo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
