He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Green and Dorothea Green (Moyer); his sisters, Billie Jo Born, Dorthy Hill (Upson) and Gloria Woods; and his pet Clyde.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Green (Provoost); his children, Laurie Cantwell (Dave Ewing) of Vicksburg, Todd Czuk (Robyn) of South Boardman and Becky Goodwin (Ken) of Mendon; and his sister Carol Combs. He is also survived by several sisters and brothers-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers those who wish may make contributions in Buck's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
