He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Stasik and Mary Rita Stasik (Gentle); his brother John Stasik; and his brother-in-law Thomas Kostus. He is survived by : his wife Jackie; his daughters, Abigail Stasik and Sarah Van (Hunter); and his siblings, Thomas Stasik (Nancy), Richard Stasik (Janis), Elizabeth Pierson (Robert), Shirley Kostus and Barbara Gwizdala (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours (5855 W Ave E, Vicksburg, MI 49097). A Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A prayer was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
