She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Switzer and Helen Switzer (Hall); her child Shellie Lewis Bladen; her grandson-in-law Ethan Leasure; her siblings, Elvin Switzer, Norma Suess and Fran Rigney; her children, Polly Preston (Jeff), Tim Lewis (Gail) and Dan Lewis (Patti); her pet Annie; and her grandchildren, Stefan Bladen (Heather), Shane Bladen (Kim), Seth Bladen (Stacey), Shannon Pitre (Aaron), Tina Preston Garner, Amy Leasure, Brad Preston (Samantha Kobb), Mindy Mikel (Jacob), Hollie Beeman (David), Tyler Lewis (Becca), Emma Kuruvilla (Daniel), Olivia Lewis and Elijah Lewis.
She is survived by: her sister Patty Bittenbender (Milan). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
