She was predeceased by : her parents, John Earl and Leona Eva Simpson (Yeomans); her husband Wayne Carl Vickery; her son Mark; and her siblings, Jack, Robert, Patrick, Raymond, Claribel, Dorothea, Joan and Joyce (Roger Jennings).

She is survived by : her daughters, Vickie Smittendorf (John Ritsema) and Lorie Mohlke (Freddie); her grandchildren, Derek Smittendorf (Ashley), Darci Heath (Nathan) and Jordan Mohlke (Alanah); her great grandchildren, Liam, Makena and Maisyn; and her siblings, Linda Reed (James) and Melvin Simpson (Sukie).
