Age 70 of Vicksburg passed away on Friday afternoon, March 28, 2025. Mary was born in Kalamazoo on January 27, 1955, the daughter of Charles and Betty (Calkins) Schoolmaster. On March 15, 2002, she married Harold Nutter who survives her. Mary worked for many years at Illinois Envelope and later at Vicksburg Laundry. Mary and Harold enjoyed camping together. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Besides her husband, Mary is survived by her daughter, Amberlee Hilbert; step-children, Harold (Shelly) Nutter, IV, and Greg Nutter; grandchildren, Josh Beach, Kayden Skokan, Shawn Skalski; niece, Holly (Tim) Gayle and nephew, BJ Schoolmaster; and many friends including her cat, Bernie and dogs, Max and Wally. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tom Schoolmaster and sister, Sandy Schoolmaster.
