He was predeceased by : his mother Vickie Lynn Phillips. He is survived by : his father Randy Roy Phillips; his brothers, Brian Phillips (Heidi) and Adam Phillips; his nieces, Emma Phillips and Sophia Phillips; and also Vickie Lynn Phillips. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
