With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Veronika W. Thompson (Vicksburg, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 5, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Hargot and Anthony Hargot; her husband William (Bill Thompson); her son Scott; and her brothers, Edward Hargot and Stanley Hargot.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Dianna and Susan; and also, Cindra, Tracy Burnside and Laura Whitcomb.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (5855 East St, Vicksburg, MI 49097). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Kalamazoo County Animal Services or St. Joseph Church.
