In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Elizabeth leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Girardi and Bridget Girardi (Formolo). She is survived by: her husband Dean Morstad of Barbara's Church; her daughters, Bridget Morstad of Milwaukee and Teresa Datema (Steve) of Grand Rapids; her pets, Maker and Jack; and her siblings, Walter Girardi (Terri) of Kalamazoo, Maria Kempany (Larry) of Quinnesec and Margaret Carollo (Randy) of Iron Mountain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ortman Funeral Home (618 Norway St, Norway, MI 49870). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
