He is survived by: his father Dwayne Moore; his wife Teri Carper; his son Ian Moore (Vianey Tito) of Rock Island, IL; his grandsons, Iver and Ansel Moore; and his stepdaughter Amber Bowyer of Buda, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
