She was predeceased by: her parents, August Klemettila and Sanna Klemettila; her former husband Carl Makela; her husband Reuben Ahonen; her children, James Ahonen, Donna Schmidt and Susan Ahonen; her grandson Paul Readinger; her great grandchild Carter Kiser; and her sons-in-law, Bob Wiech, Jim Jefferson and Dave Fiori.
She is survived by: her children, Geri Harrman, Nancy Fiori and David Ahonen. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
