He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Al" Johnson and Goldie Johnson; and his brother Robert Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Verna Faline; his children, Michael Johnson (Michele), Patricia Johnson (Mark Wourms), Scott Johnson (Lee Ra) and Lisa LaVallee (Jim); his grandchildren, Joe Johnson (Naomi Edelman), Kate Johnson, Mary Frost (Logan), Jens Johnson (TuMai), Jake Johnson, Forrest Wourms, Logan Wourms, Dennis Karttunen (Amber) and Eli Karttunen; his great grandchildren, Jordy Karttunen and Autumn Rose Johnson; his brother-in-law Carl Faline (Linda); his sibling's children, Sarah Dela Isla, David Faline and Jenny Faline; his sister-in-law Lynn Ormes (Don); his sibling's children, Jon Ormes, Tim Ormes (Kelly) and Chris Ormes (Emily); his sister-in-law Nan Johnson; and his nephews, Jeff Johnson (Diane) and Todd Johnson.
