He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Newton and Barbara Newton (Ruder); his spouse Beverly Kay Watkins; and his brother Randy Newton. He is survived by: his children, Randy Newton (Adrienna) of Waldron, MI, James Snyder (Tonya) of West Manchester, OH and Candy Walker (Ted) of Brighton, MI; and his siblings, Steven Newton of Waldron, MI, John Newton (Cheryl) of Waldron, MI, Alan Newton (Patty) of Osseo, MI, Chris Douglas of Waldron, MI, Brenda Gallipo of Waldron, MI and Cindy Bernath (Mark) of West Unity, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Waldron VFW Hall (108 Center St, Waldron, MI 49288).
