She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Johnston and Lucille Johnston (Parney); her husband Phillip Frank; her son Tom Frank; her daughters-in-law, Susie and Lucinda Frank; and her siblings, Wanda Russell, Beatrice Bechtol, Opal Kosier, Pearl Mapes, Richard Johnston, Hazel Rothisbergur and Robert Johnston.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Frank and Larry Frank (Brenda); her grandchildren, Amanda, Annie, Amy, Andrew, Sarah, Celena, Mindy, Brian and Matt; and her brother Clarence Johnston. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
